The US midterm elections to the US House of Representatives are won by the Republican Party, NBC reports.
In the amount of 221 seats out of 435, the Republican Party received and thereby gained control of the House of Representatives of Congress.
“Slightly more votes than the Republican Party won the Democratic Party, but this will complicate their work in the House of Representatives,” NBC said.
Although, the channel notes that even with such a small margin in the votes, the Republicans will be able to put pressure on US President Joe Biden.
