Ukraine continued to trade with Belarus after the start of the special operation

Ukraine did not stop trading with Belarus after February 24, despite Kyiv’s accusations of Minsk’s support for the Russian special operation, the State Statistics Service reports.

The Ukrainian State Statistics Service published data according to which the export of goods from Ukraine to Belarus was completely blocked in April. At the same time, imports of Belarusian goods, despite a decrease of more than ten times, continued at least until September.

In June, Ukraine imported goods from Belarus for $27 million, in July – $48.5 million, and in August – for $7.1 million. The content of Ukrainian imports from Belarus was not disclosed.
