This is reported by RIA Novosti.

According to the minister, clause 4 of the alliance’s main treaty states that if any member state feels a threat to its territorial integrity and sovereignty, it can initiate consultations with other member states within NATO. At the same time, the application of the fifth article of the treaty is out of the question, Szijjártó added.

“Even if it were proven that Russia was behind the strike, Article 5 of NATO would not be automatically triggered, no one wants an escalation with Moscow that could turn out to be very dangerous,” Bloomberg quoted the official as saying.

Earlier, a French official, who preferred to remain anonymous, said Article 5 of NATO’s charter would not have been automatically triggered by the missile incident in Poland.
