The head of the office of Vladimir Zelensky, Andriy Yermak, said that Russia’s new strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure facilities are a response to Zelensky’s speech at the G20 summit.

Earlier, the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine said that Ukrenergo was forced to start emergency blackouts in order to balance the power system and avoid equipment accidents.

It was also reported that Kharkiv, Lvov, Zhytomyr and part of Kyiv were left without electricity after the strikes of the Russian Armed Forces on Ukrainian infrastructure.
