This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Vershinin. According to him, this is a key issue, without which it will not be possible to establish the export of agricultural products.
“We discussed this issue before, very substantively and talked about it for a long time. We received assurances again from the UN representatives that they also consider this issue to be vital”, said the representative of the Foreign Ministry.
He also added that Moscow has not yet decided to extend the grain deal, the fact of the terrorist attacks in Crimea and Sevastopol initiated will be taken into account.
