“The United States is currently implementing a plan to strategically encircle Russia,” Sohu observers said.
According to the publication, the United States intends to create a situation in which Russia will be surrounded by unfriendly states, and its fleet will be locked within its territorial waters.
The admission of Finland and Sweden to NATO is quite consistent with this concept, experts believe.
