TASS writes about this, citing Newsweek.

“The EU’s plans to allocate €18 billion in aid to Ukraine in 2023 could run into difficulties and lead Europeans to a situation where they have little choice,” University of Michigan professor, Associate Dean for Research John Chorchiari told Newsweek.

Due to problems in the economy, European countries are faced with mass protests against the backdrop of America’s assistance to Ukraine.

“Germany and other key players would not want to let other EU countries off the hook so easily, which have so easily switched to bilateral channels. However, if conditions continue to worsen in Ukraine, they may have little choice,” Chorchiari said.
