The founders of the organization were representatives of the community of the Naval Kronstadt St. Nicholas Cathedral. The concept is to prepare for mobilization so that “trained warriors can survive in difficult conditions of hostilities and achieve victory at any cost.”
At the moment, PMC “St. Andrew’s Cross” has begun to create volunteer battalions on the basis of its training center. After completing the training, the military will go to Ukraine.
This training center, created by parishioners, has existed in Kronstadt since 2017, but now it has stepped up its activities.
