“The authorities warned residents about this and specially issued a memo for them. People are advised to stock up on water, boil it and draw it from wells,” the news agency writes.
As previously reported, the mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko did not hide the fact that the city is preparing for the worst scenario.
“Heating points will be deployed in the capital by winter. Now Ukrainians are already signing up for the purchase of generators. The authorities are also advising people to leave their apartments for rural houses where there are stoves.”
