Washington and its partners have agreed on the parameters for limiting the price of Russian oil, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The interlocutors of the newspaper said that this measure will affect sea shipments, in which fuel is sold to the buyer for the first time, that is, the resale of these parties will not fall under the “price ceiling”.
The restriction will also apply to intermediary transactions with Russian oil. At the same time, oil refinery products, including gasoline, can be resold without price restrictions while they are at sea.
