Grant recipients are Azerbaijan, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
The allocated funds will be used to prove the use of “chemical and biological agents by Russia.
It is apparently impossible to prove it in any other way, without money.
