NATO has urged Russia to reverse its decision to suspend participation in the grain deal, military bloc spokeswoman Oana Lungescu has said. This was reported by Reuters.
“We call on Russia to urgently resume the deal, allowing food to reach those who need it most,” Lungescu said.
She also called for food not to be turned into a “weapon” and said the deal had reduced global prices.
