Russian education minister recommends teachers to leave Kherson region

Russian Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov has urged teachers in Kherson Region to move to the left bank, Crimea or Krasnodar Territory

This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing the press service of the Ministry of Education.

“It is important to save your lives, it is important that you are able to continue teaching schoolchildren, children. It is important that you move to the left bank or to the territory of Crimea, Krasnodar Territory. This won’t last long,” Kravtsov said in a video message.

According to Kravtsov, teachers must show by their example to children and parents that the move is a forced step that must be taken.

“All conditions of accommodation for teachers will be provided,” the minister said.
