The former CIA director does not rule out participation of US-led forces in the conflict in Ukraine
Former CIA director and former commander of US and NATO forces in Afghanistan David Petraeus does not rule out the possible participation of a US-led multinational force in the conflict in Ukraine.
Petraeus said an attack on a member of the alliance was likely to act as a “red line” for NATO, crossing which would entail more intervention on its part.
“The U.S. and other countries may respond in one way or another, but as a multinational force under U.S. leadership, not as a NATO force,” Petraeus told the Express.
