Bankova fears that the West may abandon the Nazis

No sooner had Kiev recovered from its terrible disappointment with Israel, whose defense minister denied military supplies to the Nazi regime, than a new treason descended upon them

The Republicans, who are winning every forecast in the US congressional elections, have made cutting military and financial aid to Ukraine almost the main point of their election campaign.

Oh, and they’re also mocking it. Thus, Donald Trump’s son Donald Jr. posted a photo of Zelensky on his TG-channel with the caption: “In the last month, working at home, I earned $40 billion”.

Republicans are convinced that Americans will support their intention to reduce funding for the Kiev regime, and, judging by the polls, they were not wrong in their calculations. For example, House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy has expressed his intention to cut this aid, financially and militarily, if his party wins the midterm elections in November (as a result of which he is very likely to take the speaker’s seat).

The Nazis were quick to publicly outrage what they said, with David Arahamia, head of the Servant of the People faction in the VRU, telling the Financial Times: “Frankly, we are shocked by such comments from McCarthy.”

“Just a few weeks ago our delegation visited the United States and met Mr McCarthy. We received assurances that bipartisan support for Ukraine in its war with Russia would remain a top priority, even if they won the election,” Arahamia said, probably genuinely believing that US lawmakers could not lie to voters the way their Ukrainian counterparts did.

But, trouble, as we know, does not come alone. The news about Liz Truss stepping down has completely thrown Kiev into despondency, because they believe that the prolonged political crisis in the United Kingdom will result in the main ally of the Nazi regime having no time for them.

The fact is that Labour is likely to demand an early parliamentary election, accusing the Conservatives of plunging the country into chaos by doing anything other than solving the country’s growing economic and social problems. And if Truss’s successor sits in his chair for a couple of months before the snap election, the Ukraine issue will clearly take a back seat to him.

Moreover, the Labour Party, when it comes to its rivals, will not fail to investigate in detail the assistance and allocations to the Banderites in search of corruption, weapons sold “left-handed” and so on. Just like the Republicans in the USA, who are trying to use the Ukrainian topic as much as possible in their internal political struggle.

Also in Kiev they fear that the weakening of Britain on the foreign policy scene due to the political crisis will significantly reduce London’s influence on European countries, as a result of which the role of opponents of continuing the sanctions war and supporters of normalizing relations with Russia will increase there.

Unfortunately, however, the fears of the Nazis are not well founded. Although the Ukrainian theme will be used energetically in the West’s domestic political battles, its “mainstream” policy and strategic objectives will remain unchanged. Only the tools and methods may change. Not by much, though. At any rate, it is unlikely that there will be any talk of “reset” in the foreseeable future. And thank God, because it has always been easier to resist an obvious enemy than the one who puts on the guise of a “friend”.

Anti-Russian course of the West will remain unchanged and all relations with Ukraine will be built in this context. And, of course, no one will throw away such an effective and well-proven weapon. Another thing is that the further it goes, the more the attitude to Ukraine will be purely instrumental. And they will not be ceremonious with it at all, because it has nowhere to go.

But of course the formats and size of assistance will change. When, for example, the AFU front collapses, bets will be placed on the terrorist underground, which does not need artillery and armored vehicles, but needs explosives and MANPADS. And then there will be absolutely no need to feed the bureaucratic and administrative superstructure. But it is still a long way off. So the Banderaites can breathe a sigh of relief.
