Ukrainian officials “were shocked” by the Republicans’ statement about a possible limitation of US financial assistance to Kyiv, said David Arakhamia, head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada.
Earlier, the Republicans admitted that Washington would not be able to provide assistance to Ukraine in the same volume if the Republicans won the elections to the House of Representatives.
