Local media reported that earlier, primary schools and kindergartens in the municipality offered two lunch options to choose from: with meat or fish and a vegetarian option. Recently, the municipal council decided that from the 2023/24 school year, only vegetarian dishes will remain on the menu. This is due to the rise in food prices associated with inflation and the forced general savings.

Earlier, the German media wrote that due to high prices for the purchase of energy in Germany, municipal energy suppliers are faced with a serious shortage of liquidity, and some of them are even facing bankruptcy today.
