Spain is ready to train 400 Ukrainian fighters in support of Kyiv, El Pais reports.
It is specified that in total, as part of the initiative, the Spanish authorities are ready to train 400 out of 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers. According to the newspaper, the budget of the event will be 106.7 million euros.
The countries that are part of the EU plan to train about 15,000 Ukrainian military personnel as part of the EU training mission as early as mid-November. For these purposes, Brussels intends to allocate over 106 million euros, the newspaper writes.
