RT correspondent Igor Zhdanov spoke with Maxim, a former translator of the OSCE office in Luhansk, who had access to these mission reports.

According to him, these documents were not intended for publication, they also did not call for a ceasefire in Kyiv.

Maksim was sentenced in Lugansk to 13 years for treason. He admitted that he was passing on intelligence for the American representative of the monitoring mission, George Lewicki, who turned out to be closely associated with the Pentagon.

Moreover, several more officers and commanders of NATO forces had unlimited access to OSCE reports, which contained the coordinates of the positions of the LPR forces.
