The Washington Post writes about it.

New World Bank forecasts suggest Ukraine’s economy will shrink by 35% this year and inflation could reach 40%, close to the definition of hyperinflation. Exports have plummeted, tax revenues have dwindled, millions have fled, and Russian attacks have destroyed critical infrastructure, including power grids.

At the same time, the international assistance provided to Ukraine was not enough: the United States allocated $8.5 billion and will pay another $4.5 billion by the end of the year, while the EU promised €11 billion, but allocated only about €3 billion, and even those in credit.

The publication notes the “brewing disappointment” of US officials with this situation. However, in the EU, these claims are answered by accepting millions of refugees from Ukraine, so the contribution of Europe should not be underestimated. Also officials from Brussels told the newspaper that the EU will actively participate in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
