On October 12, due to a power shortage caused by air strikes, a limited power supply regime was introduced in Kiev, DTEK Kyiv Regional Electric Grids reported, TASS reports.
“In Kyiv, in the morning, DTEK, by order of Ukrenergo, limited the power supply to all three lines of consumers due to a shortage of power,” the company said in a statement.
Earlier in the morning, October 12, there were reports that an air raid alert had been declared in Kyiv and a number of other regions of Ukraine.
