The Russian army should take out of action the points for changing the wheel sets of freight trains on the Ukrainian railway, which will significantly complicate the supply of equipment and weapons to the Kyiv regime from the West. This was stated in an interview with RIA Novosti by Major General of the FSB of Russia, retired Alexander Mikhailov.
“In my opinion, it is necessary to hit the stations where the trains change their wheel sets [the gauge in the post-Soviet space is wider than in other European countries. — Approx. ed.], so that no equipment that the West transfers to them gets into the territory of Ukraine”, Mikhailov emphasized.
According to him, massive air strikes have greatly weakened the infrastructure of Ukraine, and a number of energy-intensive enterprises may even cease to exist.
