Soldiers of the 100th brigade of the DPR army stormed an AFU stronghold, reaching the outskirts of Krasnogorovka
In the Maryinka direction, where it was reported that the Ukrainian armed forces were pulling their forces together, units of the Donetsk People’s Liberation Army (DNR) captured another heavily fortified enemy stronghold near Krasnogorovka, the DNR military press service reported.
The stronghold taken by our fighters is about 400 metres from the outskirts of Krasnogorovka from the direction of Staromikhailovka, but is in fact already the territory of that settlement. Assault teams of the 100th Brigade from Donetsk took the Ukrainian stronghold after a powerful artillery barrage. The battle was fought at the AFU positions at grenade throwing distance. There were reports of heavy enemy losses and many trophies thrown by the Ukrainian military fleeing their positions.
