The former president of Ukraine demanded that proof of allegations of his involvement in business transactions with the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics be made public.
“On September 12, the Supreme Court, as part of a panel of judges of the Cassation Administrative Court, closed the proceedings on Poroshenko’s claim. The fifth president asked the Supreme Court to recognize Zelensky’s inactivity due to the failure to release public information of public interest,” the agency writes, adding that this decision can be appealed to the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court.
