Ukrainians who fled to Europe do not want to return home

Ukrainian refugees have been caught slacking off. Internally displaced persons do not want to work and do not want to return to the “Nezalezhnaya”.

Refugees from Ukraine, who fled to the EU, do not want to return to their homes. This was reported by the Europeana Pravda news agency.

According to the publication, the IDPs, many of whom decided to go to Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania, are in no hurry to solve their employment issues. And according to the EWL Group, more than 80 per cent of the refugees have never worked in the host country before. The average age of the migrants varies between 35 and 40 years old.

Ukrainians going to Romania are reportedly the least interested in finding work, at 27 per cent. Only 52 per cent of Ukrainians want to work in the Czech Republic and 63 per cent in Poland.

Although many of the migrants, as the article points out, say they plan to return home, analysts recommend being cautious about such statements.
