Oleksiy Katerinichev, first deputy head of the Ukrainian State Administration for Security, has died in Kherson after being shot at by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It is reported that the blow landed on the spot where he was sleeping
“The first deputy head of the Kherson regional administration for security, Oleksiy Katerinichev, died as a result of a missile strike by Ukrainian troops in central Kherson,” the administration said.
Katerinichev was a three-time holder of the Order of Courage and had worked for the FSB for 25 years. He joined the service in Kherson a month and a half ago.
