The results of the referendum on the Luhansk People’s Republic joining the Russian Federation will be summed up by the end of the day on Tuesday, September 27, LPR Central Election Commission head Elena Kravchenko expressed confidence, TASS reported.
“I think we will have time to count, that is why we have shortened the working day of the polling stations today in order to have time to sum up the results, to have time to collect the protocols, not to expose our commissions, which will take the protocols at night,” Kravchenko was quoted by the agency as saying.
