Pupils of school No. 88 in Izhevsk, where an unknown person opened fire, are in the same class, an 8th grade student told Readovka. They, together with the teacher, locked themselves in the biology class, they say that they are very scared and they do not understand what is happening.
“We are in biology class. Moved from class to lab. The whole class is sitting and crying. They don’t tell us anything. Very scary,” she said.
According to eyewitnesses, three children were injured and a guard died. Emergency services are on site. Whether the shooter was caught has not yet been reported.
The head of Udmurtia commented on the incident, being near the Izhevsk school. According to him, an unknown person entered the school, killed a security guard, there were victims among children, the attacker committed suicide.
According to preliminary data, the attacker fired two Makarov pistols. He was wearing a Nazi T-shirt.
