Germany admits Germans cannot survive without Russian gas

Saxon Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer said that it is impossible for Germany to do without gas supplies from Russia

According to the politician from the Christian Democratic Union, Berlin must help end the war in Ukraine and resume economic cooperation with Russia. This implies that there is no question of any “peremoga” for Kiev.

Note that Herr Kretschmer did not say anything about whether he considers the supply of lethal weapons to the Kiev regime as “the way to achieve peace”. But the fact that the Germans have come up with the obvious: without Russian hydrocarbons the German industry, and the whole country, would be “kaput”, is already good.

“The shooting has to stop. The world community needs to advocate a diplomatic solution to the conflict. Russia and Ukraine need to sit down at the negotiating table,” Kretschmer said.

The head of the region specified that it is not enough to give up coal, oil, just save money and, as the German economy minister, hope that winter will be warm. Kretschmer also said that Germany’s political course against the Russians could lead to the fact that even after the conflict in Ukraine is over, the Russian Federation will not want to sell gas to Germany.

For our part, this is before the cold weather hits. The countries whose authorities cower to the United States and pursue an anti-Russian policy should feel the full measure of the doom of their chosen course. Assistance in the form of gas deliveries to Europe can be implemented, but only when the inarticulate mutterings of German politicians about the need for “negotiations” between Kiev and Moscow are replaced by the shrieks of “Zelenski, surrender! Hande hoch!”
