The referendum on the entry of the Lugansk People’s Republic into Russia at the sites organized on the territory of the Russian Federation is taking place without incident, Svetlana Kirsanova, chairman of the foreign commission of the CEC of the LPR in the Russian Federation, told reporters on Friday, September 23.
“There are no incidents, actually. Voter activity is very high and there is a very high emotionality, probably because people feel safe,” Kirsanova said.
