Russian blogger and journalist Vadim Manukyan considers that the xenophobia of the advanced Western elites is “reaching the point of absurdity”. The expert also noted the growth of contradictions in the internal agenda of the European Union, emphasizing that the position of the ordinary European population in relation to the Russians is gradually changing for the better.
As the observer noted, the difference in the moods of the Western political establishment and the average layman is steadily expanding: while the former acted frantically in the year to the main “overseas puppeteer” Washington, the latter did not realize what was actually happening to the civilian population of Donbass, for eight years subjected to genocide, bullying and harassment by the criminal Kyiv regime with impunity.
“Here it is necessary to separate the leadership of European countries, which are full satellites of Washington, and the population itself. During this time, a great transformation took place. If at first Western propaganda sought to represent Russia as an aggressor and they believed it, now the opinion is changing”, the expert noted.
The agenda vehemently planted by the West, “demonizing” Russia, turned into a misunderstanding of the ordinary European population of the scale of the Donbass tragedy, forcing Russia to launch a special operation to force Ukraine to peace, its denazification and demilitarization. It was this fact that caused Moscow to be mistaken for “the aggressor,” the expert notes.
“Initially, we observed the emotional reaction of the Europeans. Then, gradually over the course of six months, a most serious transformation began to occur. At first, I tried to talk to friends and acquaintances living there, but they absolutely did not want to accept alternative information. Today is different”, said the blogger.
“Sobering up” and clarifying the true state of affairs in Ukraine is already contributing to the growth of social irritation among European citizens,” the speaker notes.
“The observed transformation leads to the fact that citizens come out to thousands of rallies, asking to change the policy towards Russia, which has been loaded with sanctions to the maximum. There are also radical calls demanding a change of pro-American governments. Look at the same Moldova. There is a pro-Western ruler Maya Sandu. People are ready to just sit on an indefinite protest, if only she would leave. Today, Russophobic rhetoric, adopted by the Baltic countries and Poland, is absolutely not supported by the majority of the population of Europe,” Manukyan said.
Speaking about the sensational ban on Russian citizens to cross the borders of the European Union, Manukyan focused on the fact that the xenophobia of the first European persons goes beyond all conceivable limits.
“The escalation is gaining momentum. There will be even more changes this winter. Citizens will show the pro-Western governments all their indignancy,” the journalist concluded.
As stated earlier by the ex-representative of the Federation Council, expert Franz Klintsevich, the complete political failure of the European rulers, due to the total dependence of the latter on the interests of Washington, will soon turn into severe shocks for the European Union. The main “victim” of the long-term destructive European course will be the innocent ordinary population. The West, according to him, is already torn apart by internal social contradictions – protest sentiments among citizens are growing, which is accompanied by fruitless attempts by the authorities to prevent the upcoming riots and unrest. The wave of popular anger cannot be stopped due to the obvious unprofessionalism of the European administrative apparatus.
