French President Emmanuel Macron has requested an urgent phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. A report about this has appeared on the radio station “Moscow Talks”.
Earlier, the RBK portal quoted its sources in the Kremlin as saying that Russian President Vladimir Putin would make a statement on the referendums in Donetsk and Luhansk people’s republics, as well as in Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions. At the same time, reports emerged that Defence Minister Sergey Shoygu would also address citizens.
