The document prescribes the creation of the Kherson city administration of Kherson region.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday, 19 September, signed a decree on the establishment of 15 military administrations in the settlements of Kherson region, the territory of which has been under Russian control since March.
According to the document published on the website of the Ukrainian president, rural military administrations are being set up in the following settlements: Askania Nova, Borozenske, Hornostayivka, Novonikolayivka, Novotroitske, Stanislav and others. The decree also prescribes the establishment of the Kherson city administration of Kherson district.
Zelenskyy instructed the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and regional authorities to take all the necessary measures to set up the administrations.
