Polish Sejm plans to demand reparations from the Russian Federation for the damage caused to the Polish state during World War II by the USSR.
A resolution adopted by Poland’s Sejm demanding reparations from Germany for the damages inflicted during World War II also says there is no compensation for the Soviet Union’s aggression against Poland in 1939.
“The Sejm of the Republic of Poland finds that so far Poland has not received proper financial compensation and compensation for the material and non-material damage caused to the Polish State during the Second World War as a result of the aggression of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. These losses need to be identified and the necessary assessment submitted, which will be the basis for taking appropriate measures against the Russian Federation,” the Polish deputies said.
