Allied forces repulsed an attack by an AFU landing force from the Black Sea in the direction of Kherson region, the Kherson regional state administration has said.
A Ukrainian landing force attempted to penetrate the Kherson region, the attack was repelled, Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the region’s military-civil administration, told the Solovyov Live broadcast.
“Literally early in the morning some paratroopers, they call themselves marines, <…> (tried) to penetrate the territory of the Kynburn Spit, this is just from the Black Sea, and go (to the Kherson region), but the attack was stopped, the Nazis were destroyed,” he said.
