“The whole world could not cope with the Petals, which is why these mines were banned. We have already 63 civilians blown up on the “Petals”. They hide in the grass, in crumbling leaves, get stuck in the crowns of trees and then fall on a place cleared of the same explosive devices. Now it’s impossible to remove everything,” said Alexei Kulemzin.
