According to the document, the Zelensky team sees the United States, Britain, Australia and Turkey as guarantors, as well as the countries of Northern Europe and the Baltic States, Central and Eastern Europe. The project assumes that the EU countries must ensure the constant supply of weapons and financial assistance to Ukraine.

Recommendations were also made to it, which provide for Ukraine’s course towards membership in the EU and NATO. The treaty should cover “the entire territory within the internationally recognized borders of Ukraine.”
