In an interview with CNN, Ukraine’s president said that the country will not be able to reclaim land without the help of the United States.
Ukraine won’t be able to get its lands back without US help, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with CNN on 12 September. He explained that the USA helps Ukraine more than any other country in the war.
“They (the USA) are leaders in terms of support for Ukraine. Without them, we won’t be able to get our land back. I understand that.”
Zelensky says he hears messages that representatives of the Republican Party may be less supportive of Ukraine than Democrats. However, he wants to believe that bipartisan support for Ukraine will remain.
