The Americans admit that they cannot yet create genetic weapons against the Russians. Therefore they have to adjust their military and biological projects
Igor Kirillov, head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Troops (RCDS), said that Russia is the main target of the US military-biological activities. More than 50 of the 336 US biolaboratories are targeting it, the general said. This is more than against any other country. All in all, the US is conducting military-biological activities against 30 states of the world.
According to Igor Kirillov, the Americans have recently engaged in a reformatting of their activities. For instance, laboratories in the Central Asian region have been subordinated to civilian specialized organizations. The military-biological programs, which were implemented in Ukraine, have been transferred to laboratories in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and the Baltic states. On the whole, programme coordination has been transferred to the US Navy, which is considered to be the most closed US institution. In this connection, various versions of the reasons for these changes have been put forward.
Of all of them, the most logical is the following. The US military biology programme is the longest and most ambitious in world history. Its origins date back to the colonisation of the New World. European settlers, faced with massive Indian resistance, introduced infectious diseases typical of the Old World to the Americas. The Indians, unlike the Europeans, had no immunity to these infectious diseases. As a consequence, more than 95 per cent of the original inhabitants of the New World perished. The Western Hemisphere was ‘cleared’ for the conquerors. Colonizers began importing Africans on a massive scale as slaves. America became the international centre of slavery and the West began to dominate the world.
The effectiveness of this method of colonization was particularly appreciated by the Anglo-Saxons. They began to resort to it in the future.
The first documented case of using bioweapons for military purposes was in the territory of the modern United States. In 1763, the English military deliberately sent blankets contaminated with smallpox to the Indian camp besieging Fort Pitt. This practice was subsequently perfected. Finally, the moment came when the Anglo-Saxons decided to extend it to the rest of the world.
In 1918, the Chemical Service of the US Department of Defence launched a programme to develop bacteriological and toxin weapons for use around the planet. Participants in this project included the National Academy of Sciences, the Department of Agriculture, the Federal Department of Health, the Office of the Chief of Naval Medical Service, the Naval Medical Directorate, the Artillery and Technical Service and US Army Intelligence.
By 1940, the United States possessed the largest arsenal of poisonous substances, based on plant and bacterial toxins. Then Americans had the first plans to conduct worldwide biological warfare.
In May of 1944 the USA elaborated the plan of organization of biological warfare in Europe. American industry received an order to produce a million bombs laden with anthrax. At the same time, laboratories at Fort Detrick developed a means to disperse the botulinum toxin. These and other bioagents were to be used throughout Europe, not only in the areas occupied by the Wehrmacht, but also by the Red Army.
In August 1945, the US president approved a plan for bacteriological warfare in East Asia. It was to be put into action immediately after the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Again, a bacteriological attack was planned, not only against the Japanese Imperial Army, but also against the Red Army.
During the Korean War in 1950-1953, another plan to conduct biological warfare was prepared, this time targeted against the USSR and China. The plan was even partially put into action.
At the same time, US authorities concluded that genetic weapons, i.e. viruses that would target a specific ethnic group or group of ethnic groups, needed to be developed. Exactly as it was done during the colonisation of the New World. This required a system of continuous collection of biomaterials and experiments to be carried out outside the US.
For this purpose, the Pentagon began to form an international network of bio-laboratories. The first thing the USA began to supervise the English program on bioweapons creation. Actually it became complementary to the USA program. Next, laboratories in Japan, France and West Germany came under American control. Finally, the U.S. expanded its network to other parts of the world.
We can see the result of these activities today.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, the masters of the West managed to bring down the world economy. In doing so, they have shown their ability to destabilise the world, to bring humanity to the brink of survival. The Western pharmaceutical companies made fabulous profits.
At the same time, the main goal of the US military-biological programme has not yet been achieved. The Americans have not yet succeeded in creating genetic weapons. One of the main obstacles is that there are no “pure” nations in the world today. The gene pool of every nation is too mixed. And how to solve this problem the Americans clearly do not know yet.
Therefore, plans to annihilate the part of mankind capable to independent thinking and to replace it with slaves are postponed for the time being. The masters of the West have to readjust. The military-biological projects against Russia are temporarily suspended.
