The head of the Kharkiv regional military and civil administration, Vitaly Hanchev, has said that Kiev’s offensive actions in the region lead only to terrorizing civilians
Kiev’s offensive ambitions in the Kharkiv region lead only to terrorizing civilians, the head of the regional military and civil administration, Vitaly Hanchev, said on Wednesday.
“The Ukrainian Armed Forces do not abandon attempts to demonstrate to the West their offensive ambitions, which in fact only result in terrorizing civilians in the Kharkiv region. As practice shows, the Kiev regime is not interested in civilian casualties,” said Ganchev, whose words were quoted by the administration’s press service in his Telegram channel.
According to the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration, the Ukrainian strike on a temporary accommodation centre in Kupyansk on Wednesday night did not cause any casualties.
