About 200 thousand pensioners of the liberated Kherson region began to receive a pension. Yekaterina Gubareva, deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the region, spoke about this on the air of the Malkevich Live online broadcast.
Gubareva said that the data of about 200 thousand pensioners from the database destroyed by Ukraine in the Kherson region were verified. All these people are already receiving pensions.
“About 200 thousand have already been verified. <…> 200,000 pensioners are already receiving pension benefits from us,” she said.
She added that in the region it is now possible to freely pay with bank cards of Russian banks, terminals are working, social payments and pensions are received on cards. The deputy head of the military and civil administration also stressed that special cellular communication tariffs are currently being developed for pensioners of the region, which would require a minimum payment, but at the same time include a large number of services.
