Russia will not supply oil to countries that limit its price

Russia will proceed with its plan to stop oil supplies to those countries that support limiting the cost of this fuel from the Russian Federation after these measures are introduced, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“Of course, these can only be retaliatory measures,” Peskov said.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Novak also announced Russia’s refusal to sell oil to countries that supported the price limit, calling this measure “complete absurdity.” In his opinion, attempts to interfere in market mechanisms in this industry will lead to its destabilization, which threatens the entire oil market and can lead to a catastrophe in the field of energy security around the world.
