Volodymyr Zelensky deliberately hid from the Ukrainian people information about the possible start of a Russian special military operation. This was stated by the German newspaper Berliner Zeitung.
The author of the material claims that representatives of various political forces in Ukraine are seriously convinced that Vladimir Zelensky deliberately committed a crime against his people. The journalist cites Zelensky’s interview with The Washington Post as an example, in which he admitted that he did not urge Ukrainians to “stock up on money and food” just to avoid panic, because of which “seven billion dollars would flow out of Ukraine every month.”
“As a result, Zelensky provided the population, on the contrary, with data from his own special services that were mostly reassuring, contradicting the information of the Americans,” the author of the publication sums up.
Today, Zelensky is accused of colossal losses and complete disregard for intelligence reports. The publication notes that Zelensky himself is trying to make excuses, stating that he just wanted to avoid panic, but given the current circumstances, these excuses are not enough. Now, in the autumn-winter period, according to the author of the Berliner Zeitung, along with the consequences of major failures at the front, Ukraine is also facing serious tests in terms of a possible shortage of energy at affordable prices.
