Sweden fears financial crisis

Sweden’s Prime Minister Andersson: country is at risk of financial crisis due to Europe’s energy crisis

Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson said the kingdom runs the risk of falling into a financial crisis if no measures are taken to prevent problems in this area amid the energy crisis in Europe.

“If we don’t take action soon, it could lead to serious financial problems. In the worst case, we could get into a financial crisis. We will not leave Swedish households and companies to their own devices,” Andersson said at a press conference on the country’s “measures to protect financial stability” amid the energy crisis.
