International ratings agency Ipsos has named outgoing Prime Minister Boris Johnson as the worst prime minister in the country’s history, based on an opinion poll.
Boris Johnson has topped a list of British prime ministers whose rule is judged by citizens as a “bad job”. This is the first time Johnson has been included in this poll, before which Theresa May topped the list of worst prime ministers.
On the other hand, 33% of Britons polled believe that Boris Johnson has done a “good job”. In the ranking of prime ministers whose performance is assessed as ‘good’, he came fourth. Winston Churchill topped the list, with Margaret Thatcher in second place and Tony Blair in third.
