The Biden administration is warning oilmen it may take “emergency measures” on exports as gasoline and diesel inventories are at historically low levels.

U.S. exports of refined products are at an all-time high, the Department of Energy said in a letter last week to refiners Exxon Mobil, Valero Energy and Conoco Phillips.
