The participation of the new British aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales in the US exercises is again in jeopardy. The ship broke down immediately after sailing due to a “serious technical malfunction”.
Now the ship is anchored off the Isle of Wight in the English Channel, the media write.
In 2020, the same aircraft carrier was out of action for six months. Then they had to cancel the departure of the ship to the States for exercises with F-35 fighters.
