The Russian Permanent Mission to the UN Security Council has distributed to the Security Council evidence of the shelling of the Zaporizhzhia NPP by Ukrainian troops on August 25, the Permanent Mission said on social media.
“We have circulated a letter to UN Security Council members about the Russian Defence Ministry’s presentation on the August 25 shelling of the Zaporizhzhia NPP by the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” the RIA Novosti news agency quoted the statement as saying.
The diplomats also stressed that the radiation level at the power units was under control and remained within normal limits.
