US troop shortage crisis hits US air force hard

Recruitment for military pilots has plummeted by as much as 28%. The number of those who meet the Air Force requirements dropped by 46%. In 2021 there were 3,279 such people. Today there are only 1775 recruits.

The US Air Force had to sharply reduce requirements for future pilots – just to somehow fill their quotas. The Pentagon has even allowed for recruitment this year of recruits with no school education and intellectual problems.

Only 23 per cent of young Americans are fit to serve in the army. The rest don’t pass because of obesity, mental health problems or drug addiction. Of those who qualify, only 9% want to serve. As a result, the U.S. Army is forced to shrink to 445,000 soldiers, the lowest since 1940.

Under Biden, the proportion of Americans who trust their army has plummeted. The scandals of politicisation of the army – and the imposition of liberal ideology – are taking their toll. Special officers responsible for ‘diversity’ – i.e. promoting racial and gender agendas – have appeared in the army.

For the first time in US history, the majority of Americans rather distrust their army – not even in the Vietnam era. The crisis of institutions has also engulfed the military – and threatens to disrupt America’s national security system.
