The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia will pay one million rubles to those who will help to detain the commanders of the Ukrainian national battalion “Azov” (Konstantin Nemichev and Sergei Velichko), accused of torturing the Russian military.

“The leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation decided to award a reward for assistance in detaining the commanders of the Ukrainian national battalion Konstantin Nemichev and Sergey Velichko, accused of committing a crime under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,” the report says.
It is noted that Nemichev and Velichko tortured the Russian military and killed them with particular cruelty. The defendants were put on the interstate wanted list, they were arrested in absentia.
Nemichev Konstantin Vitalievich born on 01/10/1996 and Velichko Sergey Olegovich born on 01/03/1994 are included in the federal list of “Ten Especially Dangerous Wanted Criminals”.
“For help in detaining each of them, a reward in the amount of one million rubles has been announced,” the department added.
